Meet Val, one of FORMA’s Assistant Project Managers.

Val is originally from Chicago and currently lives in San Francisco. She chose to work in construction out of love for a fast-paced environment and a rapidly evolving industry. In her free time, Val enjoys exploring the city with her friends and her dog.

Q: How long have you served as Assistant Project Manager at FORMA? What are your daily responsibilities?

A: I have been with FORMA for a month now. My daily responsibilities include assisting with multiple projects for the Special Projects Division and Service & Maintenance Division.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working for FORMA?

A: I enjoy being on multiple projects at once. Each day is different, and it keeps the work exciting.

Q: What parts of FORMA’s mission resonate with you the most?

A: The continual development of people and process is extremely important for creating a better work environment that is full of growth and quality.

Q: What has been your favorite project so far?

A: 804 Vista.

Q: How have you grown professionally since starting this job?

A: I have taken on the responsibility of communicating with the client, whereas I was the client with my previous employer.

Q: What is something interesting no one knows about you?

A: I’m ordained (online, so it might not be very legit, but I’m here for any weddings that need officiating!)
