Employee Spotlight: Jason Roa

Meet Jason Roa, FORMA’s Superintendent.

Jason is from Roseburg, Oregon, and lives in San Anselmo, California. He briefly attended college before deciding to work in trades. In his free time, Jason enjoys hunting and skiing with his sons.

Q: How long have you served as Superintendent at FORMA? What are your daily responsibilities in this role?

A: I have been with FORMA for five years. I oversee all projects and work to create and sustain a great team that is ready to work together and build a home. 

Q: What do you enjoy most about working for FORMA?

A: The energy! Victor is young and brings a ton of enthusiasm. It runs through the company and makes for a fun working environment.

Q: What has been your favorite project so far?

A: The current Glen Park project.

Q: What parts of FORMA’s mission resonate with you the most?

A: Development of people and the process. I am a huge sports fan, so it’s all about creating a team and working together. People want to be part of winning and growth. Take pride in making that happen, and success will follow.

Q: What is unique about working for FORMA?

A: Everyone’s willingness to listen to ideas.

Q: How have you grown professionally since starting this job?

A: I have improved my ability to stay organized. These large projects are all about being organized, taking notes, and documenting information.

Q: If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

A: I would attend the largest sporting events around the world and take my kids to the best ski resorts.
