37 Rico | On the Boards
37 Rico is a complete demolition and rebuild of a 1920’s San Francisco Marina home in disrepair. The new 4-story home will have 4,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 5.5 baths. The completely modern interiors feature incredible attention to detail, including some very custom additions – a motorized car stacker in the garage, elevator, retractable roof, and hot tub.
