FORMA Wins 2024 Best in American Living Gold Award

At February’s NAHB International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, FORMA Construction was honored with a 2024 Gold Best in American Living Award (BALA) for Best Design Detail—recognizing the craftsmanship and innovation behind our Kenwood Cottage project.

With the BALA Awards being one of the most respected honors in the residential design and building industry, we are more proud to see this thoughtful project celebrated on a national stage. In addition to home design, categories included multifamily housing, offsite construction and remodeling.

“BALA expanded its portfolio of honors this year, as reflected by the impressive projects, firms and individuals honored across the housing industry at this year’s event,” said Angela Visbeen with Visbeen Architects in Grand Rapids, Mich., and NAHB’s 2024 Judging Chair. “We continue to celebrate all the myriad ways today’s housing professionals redefine design excellence in all aspects of home building.”
