Hillsborough Residence

Located in Hillsborough, California, FORMA Construction worked alongside interior designer Niche Interiors and architect Mak Studio to update an existing 8,000-square-foot home into a luxury, clean-lined, contemporary residence for longtime Niche Interiors clients.

FORMA completed a full home remodel with highlights including vaulted, oak-clad ceilings extending from the entry into the primary living spaces, vertical wood slat partitions dividing sightlines from room to room, and custom millwork carried through the kitchen, primary bath and closet, and library, including a concealed pivot door built directly into a bookshelf wall. A dedicated wine room, fully outfitted with oak racking, updated systems, and new window and door systems throughout, rounded out the scope.
