Employee Spotlight: Alberto Martinez

Meet Alberto Martinez, FORMA’s Foreman.

Alberto Martinez has come all the way from Veracruz, Mexico and now currently resides in San Francisco, Calif. When making the decision to work in construction, Martinez’s deciding factor was his love for creating beautiful living spaces that bring both him and his clients joy.

When he’s not at the construction site, Alberto can be found back home working on motorcycles—one of his most beloved hobbies!

Q: What are your duties as a Foreman?

A: My responsibilities include setting up crews, safety enforcement and ensuring all materials are accounted for.

Q: What do you enjoy the most about working for FORMA?

A: FORMA is a fun company to work for because everyone gets along and operations run smoothly.

Q: What has been your favorite project so far?

A: The Pacific Ave. Project.

Q: If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

A: I would like to learn how to operate new machines like an excavator.
