Of the active projects in FORMA’s current portfolio, SkyHouse is showing some of the most visible progress, and the images reflect that on multiple fronts.

From the street, the exterior has made a significant leap toward its finished form. Siding is in place, and the house reads as a far more complete building than it did just weeks ago. That momentum carries through to the rear elevations and upper levels, where windows, exterior finishes, and rooftop areas are coming into focus. The Bay views a central part of the project’s appeal are also well represented in this round of documentation.

Inside, work is advancing on several fronts simultaneously. Walls are sheetrocked and primed. Wood flooring is in place. Cabinetry has arrived and is beginning to define key spaces, particularly in the kitchen. Tile and other finish materials are starting to appear throughout the home, and the overall finish palette is becoming tangible enough for photos to capture.

The stair remains one of the more compelling elements of this update. The steel structure is being installed and welded on site, and early signs of the wood elements that will wrap the assembly are already visible. It’s one of those moments where structure and finish are still in conversation and where the craftsmanship required at both layers becomes especially clear.

Alongside the more polished interior views, this set includes documentation of active siding and sheet metal work, a useful reminder that even as some spaces begin to feel finished, the building is still advancing across multiple systems at once.

SkyHouse is at the stage where both the architecture and the finish palette are coming clearly into focus. More to come!
