SkyHouse is in an exciting stretch. With the team targeting turnover in the second half of this year, the pace inside reflects it, and this round of documentation captures the project at a point where that momentum is becoming visible.

The biggest visual change this visit: the scaffolding is down at the rear of the house, which means the back elevation is visible for one of the first time since documentation began. It’s a significant moment. The renovation, the siding, and the windows are finally readable as a whole, and the character of the house is starting to come through in a way that earlier progress shots couldn’t convey.

Inside, the push is on. Millwork, flooring, finished walls, tile, countertops, and lighting are all going in simultaneously. For this update, the focus stayed primarily on the exterior, with the rear elevation now exposed, along with select interior moments: the staircase with its new glass railings, and a preview of the kitchen cabinetry taking shape.

A note on what isn’t shown: there’s substantial protection down throughout the interior right now to shield finishes during this final push, which limits what reads clearly on camera without pulling coverings back. The decision was to keep this round focused rather than force it.

Lower levels are nearly finished, including the full staircase, bathrooms, kitchen, and more millwork.
