MEET FORMA’s SPECIAL PROJECTS DIVISION

At FORMA Construction, we build our success on strong client relationships, supporting every aspect of our clients’ construction needs. To meet this commitment, we launched our Special Projects and Maintenance (SPM) team several years ago.

This team focuses on projects with specific requirements or a smaller scale. Whether handling a specialty room, a small renovation, site work, an addition, or a maintenance or warranty issue, the SPM team offers expert solutions.

Our Special Projects and Maintenance team serves clients with smaller projects who still expect FORMA’s high standards of quality and service.

A highlight on Special Projects

Marina Residence

While the exterior of this Marina home gets an upgrade with new exterior doors, the interior also receives plenty of updates: A new spa bathroom with steam and chroma therapy and a motorized skylight that floods the home with natural light—all with the push of a button.

The Pacific

The Pacific is a luxury, nine-story building containing 76 uniquely designed units in Pacific Heights. We are working closely with the Wiseman group to build out a full bathroom, laundry room remodel, and plenty of kitchen and living room updates to transform one of these very special units.

Longview Residence

What started as a simple bathroom remodel became a full-home refresh and aesthetic and structural remodel. Highlights include an entirely new HVAC system, an elaborate fountain at the home’s entry, and 60 solar panels expertly installed on the roof.

Sonoma Bungalow

Adding new RF-dried prime-grade Douglas fir wooden trusses and new stone exterior cladding to this existing Sonoma home was just the beginning. Our team removed several interior walls in the living room to create a more open floor plan, added two sets of bi-folding exterior doors, refinished the interior floors, and more.
