The framing crew reinforces existing members with strongbacks and carefully cuts out sections to fit new steel. This demanding process threads structure through the old frame while maintaining alignment and stability.

IIn the rear yard at Sky House, foundation work continues to move forward despite tight site conditions. Crews are actively forming and pouring retaining walls along the property line. These retaining walls play a critical role in holding back the adjacent site and creating a safe platform for future above-grade construction, including the facade and other exterior scopes.
This phase of construction is highly focused and technical, designed to clear the way for what comes next. The latest images capture that progress in action—showing a site that is finally beginning to open up after months of groundwork.
