Marina Residence

A successful and beautiful project sometimes has an equally compelling story behind its creation. Such is the case with Rico Way, a San Francisco home renovation, designed and built out of a rekindled friendship between FORMA’s owner, Victor Mezhvinsky, and Interior Designer, Lindsay Gerber; a novel design intent, and complete mutual trust.

With both the designer and home builder having very high design standards, this home renovation is undoubtedly spectacular, with no corner untouched. Lindsay included high-end materials and fixtures throughout the house. She sourced durable, kid-friendly fabrics and custom-built furniture that can expand to accommodate large groups, yet she designed a formal living room and multiple bars for entertaining adults. Victor’s desire for much more than just a minimal white box layered the home with rich and varied textures, colors, and materials.

With his new home as a testament to the design team’s passion and commitment to design, detail, and craft, the friends and collaborators look forward to their next San Francisco home renovation project together.
