Dating back to 1928, the Sea Cliff Residence is rich in California architectural history. Working with Butler Armsden Architects, our team’s goal is to delicately preserve and restore the original detailing that makes this house truly special. Vaulted ceilings, curved openings, lush landscaping and unmatched waterfront views are just a few of the beautifully unique details.

Currently, our team is in the first round of demo and is working hard to remove old and unsafe materials while taking extra care to preserve its historic charm.
