Martis Camp Lot 53 | Lake Tahoe
Martis Camp, nestled in the pristine wilderness of Lake Tahoe, stands as a pinnacle of architectural innovation and natural harmony. Renowned for its seamless integration with the surrounding environment, these modern vacation homes redefine the concept of luxury mountain living.
FORMA worked with Architect Dennis Zirbel on the build of Lot 53. This Martis Camp cabin greets you with handsome, modern lines of wood, metal, and stone, as well as an entrance that opens to views of the dining room and a grassy park beyond the back deck. Sharing that same scene is a soaring fireplace in the great room and a kitchen with an expansive counter for gatherings of friends and family.
Designed with a deep respect for the wooded landscape, the home’s architecture seamlessly blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. Each custom home is carefully crafted to maximize panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains while employing sustainable materials and energy-efficient technologies. Martis Camp is committed to fostering a sense of community through its architectural layout, with communal spaces and recreational facilities strategically placed to encourage interaction and connection among residents.
